Jose J. Zalduondo

Jose Zalduondo is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg. With over 16 years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters, he specializes in defending controverted cases, pursuing fraud, and bringing claims to a quick closure through court-rendered decisions or negotiated settlements. His client representation includes employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in New York and Florida. His practice focuses on representing large contractors, construction managers, and owners in workers’ compensation claims within the construction industry, as well as representing municipalities in various matters. Jose has extensive experience in representing clients in trials, motion hearings, pre-trial conferences, and settlement conferences.

Jose earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from American University.

He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
