For Law Students: Summer Associate Program

Our 10-week Summer Associate Program offers law students a unique opportunity to experience life as a first-year associate. Participants rotate through three business units, gaining hands-on experience in multiple practice areas. This program provides:

  • Guidance and feedback from established leaders
  • Social activities for a well-rounded experience
  • Insight into which practice areas best suit individual interests

For Emerging Legal Talent:

At Kelley Kronenberg, we’re committed to nurturing our emerging legal talent. We offer two key programs, Mentorship Upon Request and Partner Development Program, both designed to support and develop attorneys in the early stages of their careers.

Partner Development Program

This year-round program provides monthly training sessions designed to take our associates’ skills to the next level, preparing them for partnership. Some of the topics included in the program are:

Partner Unit Leaders combine legal expertise with team leadership responsibilities, focusing on mentoring and developing attorneys while maintaining high standards of legal practice.

  • Ensures consistent quality of legal work across their unit

Business Unit Leaders represent a high level of operational leadership at Kelley Kronenberg, combining legal expertise with strategic business management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and business intelligence. In addition to the responsibilities of a Partner, Business Unit Leaders oversee their respective units.
