Kelley Kronenberg Expands New York Presence with New Buffalo Office
Firm Continues Strategic Growth of Third-Party Defense Work with Western New York Hub
[BUFFALO, NY] — Kelley Kronenberg, a full-service Florida-based law firm with more than 240 attorneys across 19 locations nationwide, today announced the opening of its Buffalo, New York office. The expansion marks the firm’s latest step in a deliberate, long-term strategy to deepen its footprint across New York State and bring sophisticated legal counsel closer to clients in Western New York.
The Buffalo office further strengthens Kelley Kronenberg’s Third-Party Division, including General Liability and Transportation, which has experienced consistent growth in recent years through the strategic addition of experienced practitioners and the expansion of its service capabilities across the state. The division handles a broad range of complex matters including New York Labor Law, construction defect, premises liability, automobile and trucking defense, products liability, and defense of professionals, providing insurers, general contractors, property owners, and others with representation from attorneys who understand both the nuances of New York law and the demands of high-stakes litigation.
“Opening our Buffalo office is a natural extension of the growth we’ve built deliberately and purposefully within our liability defense practices,” said David S. Henry, Chair of Kelley Kronenberg’s General Liability and Transportation Division. “New York is a complex and demanding jurisdiction. By establishing a direct presence in Buffalo, we are able to serve our clients more efficiently while continuing to attract the caliber of talent that defines this division. We are proud to triangulate the State of New York.”
Joining the firm as part of the Buffalo launch is Marc A. Schulz, a Partner who brings more than a decade of experience in New York Labor Law and construction defense to the team. Schulz’s deep familiarity with Western New York courts and his background handling complex Labor Law 240, 241(6), and 200 matters reflect the type of specialized expertise Kelley Kronenberg has consistently sought as it has grown its New York presence.
“We have built this Division by being intentional about where we grow and who we bring on,” Henry added. “Buffalo is a market with real depth and real need. We’re committed to showing up for our clients here the same way we do in every market we serve.”
The Buffalo office is located in Western New York and is immediately available to serve clients across the region. For more information about Kelley Kronenberg’s New York practice or to connect with the Buffalo team, visit kklaw.com.
