Overview

Kelley Kronenberg’s Employment Law Practice Group frequently defends clients in matters involving claims before the EEOC and Florida Commission on Human Relations, as well as various divisions of the Department of Labor, including Wage-Hour, USCIS, and OSHA. Our attorneys represent employers during audits, investigations, and dispute resolution proceedings that are conducted by agencies in connection with overtime, minimum wage, prevailing wage and exemption status issues, compliance with employment eligibility verification rules, and safety/abatement issues under OSHA regulations.
