DOL- Joint Bar Association members Heath Eskalyo and John Schouest appointed as members of the organization’s Legislative Committee and Board of Directors.

Shareholder Heath Eskalyo was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)-Joint Bar Association.

Partner John Schouest was also re-elected to the organization’s National Board of Directors.

The U.S. Department of Labor-Joint Bar Association is a bi-partisan attorney organization formed to serve as a liaison with the U.S. Department of Labor/Office of Administrative Judges on Longshore and Defense Base Act (DBA) claims.
